# CoreReflex — User Guide

CoreReflex is a governed, white-label **AI creative studio** that makes, masters, and ships every kind of creative work — film, audio and music, image and design, decks and diagrams, written content — plus the client-facing layer (proofing, CRM, booking, publishing) that turns the work into business.

Video is the deepest path: describe a film in a sentence and the agentic director boards it into a continuity-linked shot plan, produces every shot, critiques the results against real footage, and assembles the cut onto a professional timeline. But the same studio also mixes multitrack audio, designs images and brand kits, builds slide decks, whiteboards diagrams, writes on-brand copy, runs multi-step creative pipelines on autopilot, turns long videos into ranked vertical shorts, and publishes finished work to your social channels. Everything renders on CoreReflex's own infrastructure and lands in one searchable library — no third-party aggregator, no per-clip markup.

## The two places you'll work

CoreReflex is one product across two surfaces, sharing one account and one library.

- The **dashboard** at [corereflex.com](https://corereflex.com) is your studio hub. Sign in, launch any studio from a card, browse your Files, run and schedule Workflows, publish to social accounts, read your Analytics, manage your Team and plan, and (on Pro) run Client Operations. The navigation is grouped into **Home**, **Create** (Workflows, Projects, Files, Recent work), **Distribute** (Publishing, Analytics, Client ops), and **Account** (Plan, Team, Connections). A few focused studios — Director, Script, Persona, Shorts, Render — open as quick panels right inside the dashboard, and **Auto-Clips** runs as its own dashboard page.
- The **studio editor** at [editor.corereflex.com](https://editor.corereflex.com) is the full creative workspace. It's one project with **eight modes** — Video, Audio, Image, Brand, Slides, Diagram, Workflow, and Write — switched from the studio bar at the top. All eight share the same project and file store, so a logo made in Brand Studio drops onto the video timeline, a Write document becomes a slide deck, and an Audio Studio bounce lands back in your film — no exporting and re-importing between tools.

Move between them freely: every dashboard card opens the editor already primed for the job, and finished work flows back to the dashboard's library.

## Your look, your brand

CoreReflex is white-label down to the pixels. The canvas is deliberately dark and cinematic, and the accent is yours to choose: the paint-palette button in the bottom-left of the dashboard opens the theme switcher, with three presets — **Cobalt Trust** (the default cool blue), **Quantum Teal**, and **Indigo Signal** — plus full custom brand colors for the canvas, primary, secondary, text, and risk tones. Your choice is saved for this device *and* as the workspace default, so your brand look follows your whole team into the dashboard and the editor alike. ## What you can do today

**Direct and produce**

- **Direct a film from a sentence.** The agentic director boards a continuity-linked, multi-shot plan — lenses, lighting, color, and camera moves included — validates it before a credit is spent, and keeps characters, locations, and wardrobe consistent across shots with lock-sheets.
- **Produce every shot with AI, honestly checked.** Shots are frame-chained for clean cuts, critiqued against a publishing checklist from real signals in the footage, and re-shot with a targeted correction when they miss the bar.
- **Voice it and score it.** Cinematic HD narration — or a voice you describe in plain words, or a consented clone — plus original AI-composed music, auto-ducked under the voice.

**Edit and animate**

- **Cut like a pro.** Multi-track timeline with a full snapping suite, timecode/BPM grid, markers and chapters, lift/ripple delete, and ripple/roll/slip/slide trims.
- **Animate anything.** Per-property keyframes with a stopwatch-and-diamond workflow, a draggable keyframe lane, easing presets, and a hand-shaped curve editor.
- **Key, ramp, and extend.** Chroma-key green screens, speed-ramp clips, extend a shot with AI when the edit needs a few more seconds, and auto-reframe horizontal footage for vertical.
- **Caption and translate.** Word-accurate captions with one-click style presets and animations, translation into 10 languages, and SRT/VTT sidecar downloads.
- **Edit video by editing text.** Delete words in the transcript and the video cuts itself; strip filler words and pauses; let AI find the highlights and keep only the good part.

**Design, write, and present**

- **Design images on canvas.** Generate at the size you need, retouch with a mask brush, expand beyond the frame, adjust, upscale, and export — or place straight onto the timeline.
- **Build the brand once.** Logo workshop with artistic directions and print-ready treatments, palette, type, voice, and photos — approved per asset and inherited everywhere (Pro).
- **Build decks and diagrams.** Slide decks with presenter mode and PPTX/PDF export; whiteboard diagrams saved with the project.
- **Write on brand.** Templated copywriting that hands off to a spoken script, a slide deck, a download, or a client sign-off link.

**Repurpose, automate, and delegate**

- **Turn long video into shorts.** Auto-Clips finds and ranks the best moments, cuts and reframes them vertical, captions them in your chosen persona, optionally narrates them, and renders each to your library.
- **Run pipelines on autopilot.** Starter recipes and custom node-graph pipelines with budgets, approval checkpoints, bulk CSV runs, and hands-off schedules (Pro).
- **Delegate to the AI Agent.** Describe multi-step work in plain language; review a costed, dry-run plan; approve it; watch it execute with spending guardrails; undo the whole run in one click.

**Ship, prove, and measure**

- **Render and ship.** Bake the timeline into a finished file on CoreReflex's own render fleet — platform presets, upscaling, and honest watermark rules — live in production, end to end.
- **Keep one library.** Every upload and every generated asset in one place, with meaning-based search ("the clip where he laughs"), collections, and previews.
- **Prove it's yours.** Finished work carries CoreReflex-signed content credentials, honest about what's AI-generated, verifiable by anyone with the badge.
- **Publish and measure.** Push finished work to your connected social accounts, schedule it, and watch performance in a private, first-party analytics view.
- **Review and roll back.** In-editor comment threads with @mentions, automatic version history with two-step restore, and client proofing links with frame annotations (Pro).
- **Run the client side.** Native CRM, public booking on your own brand, tasks, voice intake, and trigger-based automations (Pro).

## Your account, your control

- **Sign up, sign in, sign out** — one account spans the dashboard and the editor; sessions live in a secure, HTTP-only cookie for 12 hours.
- **Forgot password** — request a reset link from the sign-in screen; it's anti-enumeration (you always see the same confirmation), the link expires in 30 minutes, and finishing a reset signs you out everywhere.
- **Settings** — update your display name and change your password from the dashboard; a password change signs out your other sessions but keeps the one you're using.
- **Team** — invite members by email, assign roles, and share the workspace library.

## A quick word on quality

CoreReflex is built around a single governed pipeline: **Direct → Produce → Critique → Assemble → Voice → Master → Ship.** Every stage is agentic, every asset lands on CoreReflex's own infrastructure, and the render path is live in production — queue a render and a finished, downloadable file lands in your library. Quality checks are honest: the per-shot critique scores real signals from the actual footage, and a shot that misses the bar is re-shot with the specific correction, not waved through.

The same honesty applies to the product itself. Credits are charged for work that's actually delivered, not merely requested. When a capability isn't switched on for your deployment, you get a clear message — never a fake result or a job that silently hangs.
