Questions, answered.
What are AI credits?
Credits meter only expensive generation: Veo video, Lyria music, Imagen, and the final render. Planning, QA, and timeline editing don't burn credits, so most of your work in the studio costs nothing against your balance.
What happens at my export limit?
Each plan includes a monthly export allowance: 5 on Free, 100 on Pro, 500 on Ultra, and unlimited on Enterprise. You can keep directing and editing once you hit the cap; exporting resumes at the next monthly reset or when you move to a higher plan.
Is my data used to train shared models?
Only with opt-in cross-tenant learning. If you leave it off, your work isn't used that way. Enterprise Private mode opts out entirely: your generation stays isolated with no cross-tenant learning at all.
Can I self-host?
CoreReflex keeps your footage on your own fleet, and the render and generation engines run on your infrastructure. Custom provider routing and deployment arrangements are part of Enterprise. Reach out and we'll scope it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in: cancel anytime from the billing portal and your account returns to Free at the end of the paid period.
How much will Pro cost?
Pro is $49 / seat / month with 1,000 included AI credits per seat. Solo accounts are 1 seat; inviting a teammate gates to a 3-seat minimum ($147/mo), then $49 per additional seat. Enterprise is $499 base plus tiered seats ($49 / $44 / $39) and optional 10k credit blocks at $500.
